  1. Another I would add, if I may: Inulin. Note there is no "s". Inulin is a soluble fibre (fiber) usually obtained from chicory root. A teaspoonful dissolved in half a cup of boiled and cooled water is applied to the face as a compress (paper towel soaked in the solution is fine). Press gently in order to contact as much of the face as you can and leave in place for as long as convenient. You can make eyeholes in the towel if you wish but as much eye contact as possible is suggested. You can drink the remaining inulin solution. It tastes slightly sweet and is classed as soluble fibre (fiber) for nutrition purposes. Do not keep the solution for prolonged periods - discard after one day. Inulin is available from food supplement suppliers - a Google search will show lots. I have other thoughts and ideas on this - I will post more later.
  2. I take low dose (75mg) aspirin daily for heart "maintenance". I have not found it affects any of my rosacea symptoms. That is not to say, of course, it will not work for others - metronidazole is inert on me.
