Practical Steps to Beating Rosacea & Seborrheic Dermatitis

(0 reviews)
$1.49 RRDi Affiliate Store
Purchase. Kindle Edition.
All my life I have suffered with a skin condition and I say suffered because of the loss of confidence which impacted on job opportunities and my personal life.
From my school days I had acne, in my early twenties I had Seborrheic Dermatitis and then in my late thirties I was diagnosed with Rosacea.
I am now 51 years old and clear of these conditions and symptoms, clear of acne, clear of Seborrheic Dermatitis and Rosacea. Sometimes these conditions do reappear, more primarily Rosacea but only slightly and I know why, for beating, suppressing, controlling these conditions there is no one clear answer, it is a combination of steps you must take, a constant battle and a constant state of self-awareness. It has been through my own efforts and great financial cost to get to this point where I know what works. Some of the steps I have taken has seen significant and dramatic improvements to my skin and my overall wellbeing. When I have sought medical advice, they have only concentrated on one thing, either tablets or a cream, however my book outlines a combination of steps to take to get great results.
