It dissolves and blends readily in room temperature distilled water. I don’t add any preservatives, emulsifiers, solvents, stabilizers, etc., so the mixture must stored in the refrigerator to prevent microbial development. If prepared correctly, it can be stored for a maximum of 21 days; any unused mixture must be thrown away after that.
