  1. Thanks Brady! I'll have a look. My face was also oily until the Rosacea started... but it seems that the Dermalex is helping with the redness and itchiness/burning at least
  2. Hi Brady, Paula's Choice turned out to not be so good for me...Used it for a month and my skin severely dried out. Still trying to rectify the dryness. I found this product: Dermalex Rosacea & Couperose Support Cream: Been using it for about 3 weeks now, can't see a change in the dryness though. So, I am at a bit of a loss at this stage...
  3. Good Day, New on the site, so nut too sure if I am posting in the right spot! If not, I am sorry Beginning last year I started noticing differences in my face (age now is 38, female). Where I normally could plaster anything on and withstand everything, I started to get a burning and itching sensation with any and all products and noticed that I was permanently red on my cheeks, nose and chin, sometimes also my forehead and the pores on my cheeks and chin became HUGE and it is still spreading! I noticed that stress, alcohol and heat worsened the problem and I went through a whole bunch of beauty products to see if I could alleviate the symptoms. Sometimes it just feels like something is crawling on my skin and my eyes also feels ‘gritty’ if that makes sense. I also noticed these tiny white bumps around my jawline and on my lips which does not quite seem like pimples/whitheads. Finally in November of last year I went to see a Dermatologist who said it seems like it is Rosacea and put me on a three month’s Antibiotic course, can’t remember the exact name. He said it would not be a long-term solution but ‘could’ help. He did not give me any guidelines as to what products I should or should not use, just said I need to experiment and make sure whatever I use has Retinol in it and does not have a SPF of higher than 40. So, needless to say, I have been falling around between products because nothing seems to help much. The Antibiotics was a waste of money and I will NOT be going back to the Dermatologist and I am honestly quite scared to go see another one. I don’t have a lot of choices to choose from in South Africa, so I have to buy what is available and won’t cost an arm and a leg. I used Neutrogena non-comedogenic products until two weeks ago because it does not seem to worsen the issue, it does not make it better either; it just does not burn, itch or sting. But now I have discovered Paula’s Choice (http://paulaschoice.co.za/ or http://www.paulaschoice.com/international) and was wondering if this is a good choice?
