Halogen Rosacea

Guide

Recommended Posts

  • Root Admin

Halogen refers to "a group in the periodic table consisting of five chemically related elements: fluorine (F), chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), iodine (I), and astatine (At)."

Dermis lists halogen rosacea as a rosacea variant and states, “Systemic administration of iodides or bromides can lead to a rosacea conglobata-like clinical picture. The lesions resolve when exposure to halogens is stopped.” LEARN MOREREQUIRES YOU JOIN THE RRDI
