The first line of treatment for rosacea from medical authorities are usually Soolantra and Oracea (gold standard), then usually topical metronidazole or Azelaic Acid, followed by Brimonidine or Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride, sometimes Sodium Sulfacetamide-sulfur, or higher dose oral antibiotics.
