Root Admin Guide Posted November 21, 2013 Root Admin Report Share Posted November 21, 2013 "Rosacea is a chronic cutaneous condition characterized by flushing and persistent erythema of the central face. The disease may also feature telangiectasias, papules, pustules, phymatous changes, and ocular involvement. Until recently, rosacea therapy has empirically targeted the signs and symptoms of the disease because the details of its pathophysiology were poorly understood. However, the last decade has brought significant advances in the understanding of the molecular pathology of rosacea, advances that are informing the development of novel treatments and elucidating the mode of action of existing treatments." http://www.medscape.org/sites/advances/rosacea
