"There are few validated methods of assessing improvement in rosacea, possibly due to the multiplicity of outcomes collected. Selective outcome reporting bias, defined as results-based selection of outcomes for publication, is a problem in many clinical trials and affects the conclusions of a significant proportion of systematic reviews." [1] Nevertheless, here are a number of resources for your consideration if you are contemplating entering a rosacea clinical trial.

Update June 15, 2020: 

"Patients treated with secukinumab for papulopustular rosacea saw significant improvements in quality of life and reduction of severity markers, according to a study presented at the American Academy of Dermatology virtual meeting."

Burke Pharmaceutical Research is now enrolling participants in a clinical study that offers medication and exams to those affected from rosacea at no cost.

To qualify for the program, the person must be 18 or older and have moderate to severe rosacea. Once qualified, they could receive a new foam medication and up to $300 compensation for their participation.
