Cat's Claw for Rosacea?

A recent paper published in the Giornale Italiano di Dermatologia e Venereologia states that "Uncaria tomentosa (U. tomentosa) or uña de gato [Cat's Claw), a species of vine of Rubiaceae family....some conditions reportedly improved by U. tomentosa...results bring the strong hypothesis that U. tomentosa could be effective in the topical treatment of dermatological manifestation, namely rosacea."
