Those with oily skin usually don't complain about this issue. However, if you are treating your rosacea with sulphur based treatments, finding a perfect moisturizer can really be hard to find. You may want to ask your dermatologist for sample to try either the original formula emollient cream or the low sulphur emollient. This may be what the doctor ordered for your dry skin issues.
