What Moisturizer for Rosacea?

This question comes up a lot since many who have dry skin want a moisturizer that doesn't exacerbate their rosacea, so which moisturizer? The RRDi has collected a number of moisturizers that have been reported to work for some and listed in our non profit store and also in:
