Katrina, You should see your physician for such advice. I have tried Rosacea LTD-III and it worked for me. I used it until the discs wore out. I preferred the tan disc over the yellow. I have to be extremely careful about my current regimen since this is not the forum that I should use to recommend it. However, it may be better to ask such a question in the members area.
